Firstly, if you are from the CBSE board you can get a duplicate mark sheet by going into CBSE regional office and paying the minimum fees of 200Rs. There in the form, you have to fill in name, roll no, and other details.

After 10-15 days you'll get your mark sheet my going there or by post if you select by post method .
