Noida International University, is a good college and does offers good placements in top companies but its not that high level that Google and Microsoft will offer placement but companies like Wipro,Genpact,Blue, Larsen,HCL,BIOCON etc are the top recruiters.
If you want to work in Google and Microsoft then you must aim for IITs and NITs.
