See, clearing the JEE both stages and get admission into IITs doesn't assure you a job. You have to be competitive throughout your 4 year B.Tech., you've to gain various skill set like coding in different languages and many more. IITs however gives a lot of opportunities and exposure to grow. You have to maintain a good CV with some internships, project works, research projects with professors and many more.
Do not restrict yourself to academics only, try extra curricular activities like music, dance, writing etc. Take parts in college level competitions and gain more certificates. This will make your CV more attractive.
Approaching your 4year B.Tech from any good IITs will make a good contender for a job but as I told, there a high possibility but no conformity.
Hope it helped,
Thank You!
