Don't worry you can try to apply for private colleges around the country. You can apply for Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Amity which is one of the SFTIs also and many more. Just approach the college fill there forms and you should be able to get in colleges.

See if KCET will conduct 3rd round of counseling. As for now 2nd round is going on. You should have applied for it. Now the situation will cost you your career. find for ways to take an admission thorough counseling if any other college is available to accept KCET and have the counseling dates. Many colleges have their different process of admission and they accept different exams too. So.look if there is any possibility. Try looking for chances.
Did you try to find out why you are not allowed for CSAB Counseling. Try to know why and if it is possible to solve then do it.
