Hello candidate !!
As per MCC a candidate with 40% disability of lower limb falls under ph-1 category and is eligible after showing ph-certificate. You need to score at least 420+ to be in a safe zone for getting a seat . The cut off changes every year defending on the number of ph candidates applying and qualifying the exam. If more ph candidates from AP scores better marks then the cut off can go 460+ also.
