To write UPSC, Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognised University.

UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age(this depends on the caste reservation).

As you'll complete your graduation in 2023, you'll be eligible to write UPSC in 2023.
