Corona is a Global Pandemic and it cannot be confied to a State to call it a Disaster of that particular State. And JEE Mains is a National Level Entrance exam and is not conducted at State level. So the chances of postponement are nil. Let's say according to you even if a particular State invokes Disaster Management Act, the exam will not be still Cancelled because the Supreme Court has dismissed all petitions in this regards. These are ally hypothetical situations and so the only realistic thing to do is to get used to the fact that neither JEE nor NEET will be cancelled and prepare accordingly.

Dear student appeared not in a position to comment on such an act which occurred by nature because we don't know what the government will decide but this is for sure they will think about the students of that particular area but for that particular area exam cannot be postponed.
