You need to pay RS 35000 only after you accept the seat you get in JOSAA counselling so that you have the seat in your hand. If you did not any seat in round 1 and you get a seat in round 2 , if you choose to take that seat in that college then you need to accept that seat and pay RS.35000 within the time duration mentioned and before the next round of counselling starts.
