If you are asking whether even after scoring less marks will you still be able to appear for JEE Mains. Yes, you can apply for JEE mains 2021 as there is no requirement for a minimum percentage of marks in class 12 for appearing in JEE Main.
However If you are from the general category and are looking for admission in the IITs/NITs/GFTIs then it will be difficult, since the eligibility criteria for admission to NITs / IIITs / GFTIs is that Candidates should have passed class 12th with a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination (65% for SC/ST candidates)
And if you are looking for B.Arch/B.Planning Admission then you will be elligible since in that case the condition is C andidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with a minimum 50% aggregate marks.
