Hi Nireshganth, first of all don't be negative about anything .Secondly, there is no set rules which states that if one has failed in neet in a certain year then he /she is not eligible to appear next year .One is free to appear as many times as they are willing to do so .But there comes an age limit too according to which the candidate should be 17 years of age either at the time of admission or before December 31,2019 and the candidate belonging to the unreserved category should not be more than 25 years of age whereas there is relaxation of more 5 years for the reserved ones.
Hope it will help you

Dear Sir/Ma'm, it is not necessary that you will clear the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test in one go. 70% of students clear it in the second attempt, so there is no harm in attempting the examination for a second time. According to the rules lais out by NTA, even if you are above 25 you can attempt the exam.
