Dear Rajeev, in 2018, under State Quota, 427 marks secured a seat in GMC, Anantapur. That was the cut off. So your chances are bleak there. But you may have a chance at Santhiram Medical College. But this is a Private Medical College. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependsnt on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of canfifates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of tge exam.
