I have made a list of few colleges in which you have chances of getting admission under State quota with SC reservation category.

1. Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal

2. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Adilabad

3. Government Medical College, Nizamabad

4. Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar

5. Government Medical College, Siddipet

These colleges had a cut off less than 450 marks in 2018 under state quota for SC category. The cut off changes every year but not in a very wide range. Therefore, you have chances of admission in one of the above mentioned colleges for MBBS.
