Sir, I'm doing Engineering now, can I write NEET in May2020 , so I will have a gap of 3 yrs after my 12 std CBSE?

Yes,you can but you must have the subject combination of PCMB, without biology you are not eligible for NEET and medical. There is no upper limit so on that side there is no problem. Also your PCB aggregate must be equal to or greater than 50% to pass eligibility criteria.
