You haven't mentioned your category so I am assuming you belong to UR category.
Last year cut off for general candidates for Mbbs in Maharashtra under AIQ was 543 at Government Medical College, Latur, Swami Ramanand Tirth Rural Medical College, Ambajogai, and Government Medical College, Gondia and under state quota was 400 at Shri Vasant Rao Naik Government Medical College, Yavatmal.
So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a seat at 454, however keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.

It is very difficult to get a seat in government college with this marks, but can easily get a seat in any private college of your choice. As 454 marks are not enough for government college if you are from unreserved category, and had a slight chance if you are from reserved category.
