Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government dental college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .

Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 458 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 458 marks   you hold  a little low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
in neet  2019, 461 marks for sc category was the lowest marks to get a seat in a government medical college  under Rajasthan state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Barmer
