Hello deepan,
I'm very sorry to inform you that currently you cannot do anything regarding jee exam as for now even the admit card and exam dates are also out.
So, sadly you have to wait for next year.Options that you have now are:

Opt for a good government college.
You can drop this year and start preparing for good outcomes next year.

As for your eligbility concern you are defenetly eligible to write the exam as you mentioned that you're from SC Category and you scored 65% marks and that makes up for eligibilty.

Yes you were eligible to apply as for SC candiadte the min. Req. Percentage was 65% only. But the rejistartions for jee mains have been closed and even the admit cards hve been released. Better luck next year (if you wanna drop) but there are many othr good govt. Colleges where you can opt to go.
