65% is a very low score when it comes to securing an admission in DU. Usually, the cutoff for B.A (Hons) starts at 98% and goes down to only 85 or 80%. Since there are a large number of candidates applying to the university the seats usually get full by the third or fourth cutoff list. Although if there is a vacancy the college will release the cutoff list until the seats are filled.
