With 25000 general rank and a backward caste rank close to 8000, it is highly unlikely for you to get admission in top colleges in UP for pursuing computer science engineering or IT. Although, you have backward caste reservation, still the number of seats reserved is very small. So you can probably understand the gravity of the situation and grasp the intensity of competition you have for getting a seat.

2. Maharaja Agrasen College of Engineering and Technology
