You have good score but the cutoff has increased this year so you have less chances of getting a government medical College in Rajasthan. You can get private medical colleges like

Geetanjali medical College and hospital Udaipur. Previous year cutoff was 33126.

Dear Kanchan, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 530 with an AIR of 11929
OBC: 523 with an AIR of 13849
SC: 397 with an AIR of 70709
ST: 385 with an AIR of 89062

With a rank of 31830, you can get a seat in Government Medical College only if you belong to SC,ST Categories. If you belong to General and OBC Categories, unfortunately, it is a tight spot you are in. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
