its necessary to show the parents income certificate issues by  by M.R.O. Govt. of Telangana on or after 01.01.2019.  you also need to have below mention documents along with income certificate,

10th and 12th qualifying exam marksheet

Admit card

SSC or equivalent marksheet

Intermediate or equivalent marksheet

Local or Non Local residence proof

Provisional/Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination if completed degree

Transfer or Migration Certificate

Community or Caste Certificate

Sports/PH/NCC/CAP Certificate if applicable
