You have not mentioned about your category.But according to last year's Neet cut off under state quota you have chances to get admission in the following government medical colleges:

1.Bankura Sammilani Medical College,Bankura 

2.North Bengal Medical College,Sushrutanagar 

3.Midnapore Medical College,Midnapur

4.Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital,Murshidabad 

5.Maldah Medical College,Maldah

6.ESI PGIMSR Joka Kolkata

You may get admissions in government colleges.
Department of Health & Family Welfare (DHFW), Kolkata will release NEET cutoff 2019 West Bengal tentatively in 2nd week of August 2019.
