what are you referring to if you are referring to board marks know then I am sorry you need to score a minimum of 50% in each of physics chemistry and biology and even 49% in those two other subjects are not going to work since you are going to be barred by the eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET exam is that you should have 50% aggregate marks in PCB if you belong to general category so if you full fill this criteria then you are eligible for appearing in NEET exam.i hope this information helps you.

Minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects:

• UnReserved category- 50%
• OBC/SC/ST - 40%
• PWD - 45% 

So if you have scored more in Biology and the aggregate is above 50% then you can apply for NEET.
