For counseling process, Securing the name in the DMER Maharashtra NEET Merit List is the most important thing which you have to ensure that happens. Only then you will qualify for counselling process.

Last MBBS seat in govt. college in Maharastra for SC category was given on 403 marks in previous year. Since This year the cutoff will be high so you are not going to get a govt. seat. But you have chance to get a seat in private medical colleges.

Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is highly impossible to get a seat in any of the decent medical colleges as your score is too low.I would rather suggest you to prepare well and appear for NEET once again next year.
