Hello Devesh ,thanks for asking this question on this platform.now when you give exam of JEE in that year a particular cutoff declared by the respected board which is generally based upon the no of students appeared in that year and level of exam .and then they declare cutoff which is different for general category ,OBC category ,sc category and St categories students .thanks

Devesh it depends upon the marks which you will going to score in JEE mains because we have a lot of Govt engineering colleges including Central, State as well both Central and State funded. So overall it depends upon your JEE MAINS marks. Roughly if we can predict then it will like 150+ marks in JEE mains if you are from General Category and for other categories it may vary if you wish to do the engineering from any type of Govt. engineering college.
