I guess you mean what happnes after Choice fillingin JEECUP . Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, is holding JEECUP Counselling to fill Polytechnic seats in UP. The counselling of JEECUP is being held in 3 rounds. The process includes registration, choice (Institute wise/ Branch wise) filling, seat allotment, security fee deposition, reporting at the allotted institute for Document Verification and Freeze/Float Option.

Since you are asling now i guess it is for the 3rd round of counselling. The choice locking started on 17th till 18th and the sseat allotment list was released on 19th with admission of students to the alloted institutes on 20th to 24th july.
