Hii..
As per your question, you can give NEET 2020 after joining the BAMS College this year.
But you will have to repeat the first year of the College.
Instead of taking BAMS this years you can lso prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to just focus on MBBS need get good score in NEET 2020.
