Hello Aspirant,

You can choose any college which you want.If your score and rank is above the specified cut of rank then you will get a seat in that particular college depending upon the vacancies in the respective domain.But when you leave the seat which you are alloted for and go for second round then you have to take the college in which you got seat in second round.You can't get back to the college which you got in first round.
