The rank merit list for both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced is declared separately. Also, the general rank and your respective category rank, if applicable, is declared separately for both the exams. JEE Mains contain your general category rank and your category rank if applicable and same goes for JEE Advanced. Good luck.
