At this pathetic rank of yours, there is no way that you can get admission in any of the government institutes for any of the courses- agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Sciences, Forensic Sciences, Forestry or Food Science and Technology. For Agriculture, the general cutoff rank is close to 3500, whereas for Horticulture it is close to 2500. For Forensic Science and Veterinary Sciences, the cutoff rank is even lower. So I hope you can possibly understand which perilous situation that you are in. The number of seats available for these courses is extremely less as compared to the number of applications. The seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants.

You should now look for private Institutes that give admission to students of your rank. It may be that you may not get admission in the best private Institute as your rank is very disappointing. You should also consider getting in a college through Management Quota.
