You can't do both together at same time.
BSc is regular course ,you have to attend your practical classes as well. Both course are tough.
If you are doing one course online then yes may be.
But you can't go through together at same time.
But According to the law it is also not allowed.
But if any how you pursued any one of them will be invalid.
So make your better choice.
