Hello aspirant,

In every college the seats are divided into two categories, one is government quota and another management quota which are divided. If you get a seat in particular college through counselling then you have to pay the fee which is standardized by the authorities which is possible only if you have scored marks above cut off and participating in counselling and getting a seat alloted through it.If you get a seat through management quota which means that you could not get minimum cut off yet you want  to join that particular college then you will be filled in management quota. In such cases you need to pay donation and fee which differs from college to college.i hope this is clear to you.

Hello Asleshavalli Tejomurtula, as you had mentioned, it is that in private colleges, 15% seats are reserved in almost every college for management quota, and 85% seats are reserved for state quota. As these 2 quotas are reserved in almost every college.
