Sir mai 12 pass hu 2017 me, kya mai regular bsc kar sakta hu

Yes, you can do regular BSc course even if you are 2017 pass out student.

But, there are certain conditions.

  • You have to give the affidavit mentioning the reason of not taking admission in any college for 2 years. 
  • There must be deduction of some marks (depends on the criteria) from your aggregate score.

After fulfilling these, you can take admission in college.

But sir I have taken admission in previous year but failed that course

Then you can reapply in the same college.
There are different conditions in this.
Your college allows you to take admission in next semester and you can simultaneously clear your backlog exams. If your college doesn't allow you to take admission then reapply for the same course and you have to take admission in 1st sem only.
