Yes,you can do both the courses but one of the courses has to be in distant mode (distance learning).

According to my knowledge and experience , you can't do both the courses as regular basis. One needs to be in distant mode. B oth degrees, Bsc and BCA holds similar values so according to my knowledge you won't add anything extra to your CV. There will be science subjects in BSc and BCA will have its subjects too. So, double the pressure.
