unless you have biology in your class 12 examination and have secured 50% in each of physics chemistry and biology in your class 12 examination you are not eligible for filling up the need form neither are you eligible for appearing for subsequent rounds of verification of counselling
it is clearly laid down in the instruction manual for neet and you have to abide by it
