CSAB and JOSAA are two different bodies. CSAB will hold spot round counseling later this month. Answer to your question is YES, when you apply for spot round counseling you'll be asked to fill the choices again and on the basis of that you will be allotted seat. So, you don't have to worry now.

So don't worry about your wrongly filled choices in josaa counselling and start working about which college is suits for you with your jee mains rank and check previous year closing ranks.
