Hello Aspirant,
You may not get the same seat allotted to you in next round if you float it. So leave the seat only if you don't want that college beacuse in next round there are very high chances of not getting the same seat in same college. You can accept seat in next round too but same seat will not be allotted to you. So please do carefully as onve floated then it will not come back.
