Hello aspirant ,
You can get college through csab special round if you have secured a good rank in Jee mains.otherwise there is no chance of getting any college this time.
You can try to take admission in some private or state universities which accept jee mains score.

If you did not get a seat through JoSAA counselling, than ypu can go for CSAB special round. The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round is for admission of all JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates in left over seats of NITs,IIITs and SFTIs after the initial rounds of counselling.
The registration for CSAB special round 2019 will begin in last week of August 2019 for admitting students in first year UG courses in engineering/architecture to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

See you don't need to worry. You can apply for the spot round conducted by CSAB which will help you get seats through your JEE Mains score. You can get admission in SFTIs also through CSAB. Look for the spot rounds in any counselling processes. You'll be elligible to participate in all of them.
