My jee main rank is 366362(general). Kya me josaa counselling ke liye eligible Hun. And kya me mp BE counselling ke liye eligible Hun.

Since your rank is not too good, its highly unlikely for you to get a college with that rank. But since you have gotten your name in the Common Rank List, you are eligible to apply in the counselling sessions go for choice filling.
I suggest you try for other private colleges or take a drop and go for it again. Best of luck
