See, as per you query, i would suggest you go with Maths and do har work in it for two year because when you will clear entrance exams and get a college the such problems will not bother you anymore.

Talking about medical field see it is not easy to go for medical field these days because the competition is very high in NEET. Even though biology seems to be easier but you need to work very very hard in order to get admission into a medical college.

So go with maths and then further engineering.
