The intake of thapar university is 150 students. There selection is done by JEE mains score. If you are having 90 percentile there may be high chace to convert this college. 

And the minimum eligibility is 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, Maths. Or for diploma holder, you must have 60%. And the college should be recognized by AICTE. 

Or the another minimum requirement for less score achievers in jee mains >=20% aggregate marks is, that they must have at least 80% marks (75% for SC/ST) in 10+2 in PCM

I think no because your rank must be around 1 lakh , so with this rank thapar is difficult for ME…moreover if u are from outside punjab. you must have a rank of under 70k for ME

for more check their cut off ranks….

people under punjab quota are quite beniffited by this.
