Not in any nit's for sure, but you can try in private colleges with your jee main rank.

Your chances are slim for admission into the branches you are looking for and with the score you have in JEE Main 2017, however, the cutoff of some of the NITs even go above 1 lakh rank, which means you may have luck based on home state quota in some of the NITs. But for admissions, you also need to have secured 75% aggregate marks (for General Category) and 65% for (reserved category) in class 12th for admissions.
