Absent in any examination of a particular semester leads to failure for sure. Since you have been rewarded an absent mark in practical examination of second year. So you need to reappear in those practical examination of that particular semester. Also, you need to do more hard work as managing another semester with backlogs is very difficult. You donot need to reappear in second year again but you need to pass those practicals again in the particular semester such that you will be able to receive the degree without any issue.

Also, try to not repeat this mistake again as this is a blunder and no one should do this again because ultimately it will create issues.
