Admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs participating though Central Seat AllocationBoard will be based on All India rank. and that candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards.

No you are not eligible for admission in NITs or IIITs based on your class 12th board exam results as minimum eligibility criteria is 75% or top 20 percentile of your respective board for OBC category students.
