The basic and compulsory education qualification required under SSC CGL Eligibility is holding a Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation or any equivalent qualification from a recognized university.The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply.

Thus yes if you have successfully completed your graduation as you are telling then you are eligible for SSC CGL examination.
