If we talk about the Panjab University Main campus, it do not offer BA course. But, the BA program is offered by the Constituent colleges like Government College sector 11, SD College, DAV college and many more. These colleges are present in Chandigarh only and a centralized counselling is conducted for admission into the BA program. There is no as such entrance exam conducted for admission into Panjab University BA program.
