Computer Science and Engineering is is a branch which is in high demand, and it is very likely that all the Computer Science and Engineering seats will get filled up much before it reaches your rank, even in the scheduled caste category. So, you will not probably get a CS seat in any of the NITs, however you can apply and hope for the best because sometimes in the special round you may get a seat if anyone leaves the seat.
You can however get CS branch in other government colleges which take admission with the help of of JEE main score. Keep trying. All the best!
