Sorry to say this but you dont have a chance of getting admitted to any of the NIT's,neither under home state quota nor under other state quota based on the previous years cutoff analysis as the cutoffs for NIT's are really high.

With a rank of around 79,000 in the obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the NIT's when comparing the results of previous years. Usually for other state quotas, a rank of something around 6,000 would do. Coming to your home state, Andhra Pradesh, the closing ranks for NIT in the home state quota was around 13,000. So, there no no possibilities for NIT's. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats and state quotas, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.
