You can not even expect NITs or IIITs at this rank in jee mains.You can only get admission in private colleges through state counselling based on your jee mains rank like Silicon,Cv Raman,GL Bajaj,Galgotias college of Engineering..and many more.

I'm sorry to say, at this rank you can't get any colleges under JOSAA counselling.
But don't get upset, you can get good private colleges at your rank. So go for it!
