Hello.

The eligibility criteria laid out for admission in Jamia Milia Islamia University is that you need to score a minimum aggregate of atleast 50% marks in your LLB or equivalent degree to be eligible for admission here. You can apply for the same even in your Final semester. Your admission will be provisionally subject to you scoring the minimum required aggregate as soon as the result of your final semester is released.
