Sir my friend have 566 marks in neet can he get a govt mbbs medical college in rajasthan or in other state

Congratulations for scoring such a good score . I would like to tell you that you can get a mbbs seat from rajasthan domicile in rajasthan.if you have domicile of other states you can also get seats there. Please be assured that you do not miss any counselling process, whether 1 round or 2 just participate in it

Which category does he belong to..cut off is different for each category.

Hi dear, 

Last year cut off for general candidates in Rajasthan under state quota was 560 at Government Medical College, Dungarpur and under AIQ was 555 at
Government Medical College, Bhilwara.

So at 566 score he can expect to get a seat. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
